STORAGE CONTRACT
WITH
This contract covers storage of RVs, Motor
Homes, campers, boats, cars, cycles and other items to be stored at the
fairgrounds.
Storage pace is provided for

With the following conditions:
a.
All portable
gas tanks are to be removed and taken off fairgrounds.
This includes LP tanks.
b.
Storage to be
removed from fairgrounds no later than May ____, 200__.
c.
The Kandiyohi
County Fair Association assumes NO liability for loss or damage to any property
which has been stored.
d.
The owner of
any stored item(s) shall hold the Kandiyohi County Fair Association, its
officers, agents and directors harmless from any and all claims, causes of
actions or demands made by any person the lessor (Kandiyohi County Fair
Association) arising out of any activities, actions or conduct of the lessee
(the party who seeks storage), its agents, servants or employees.
